Mabose brings with her 8 years of experience working in South Africa and 12 years working in the Middle East. Her vast experience is mainly in medical rehabilitation which includes assessing and treating patients with neurological conditions, neuromusculoskeletal disorders, orthopaedic conditions, and lymphedema management in oncology patients.
Mabose has a particular interest in upper extremity rehabilitation following a neurological disorder by implementing current trends and advance technology that include mechanical orthotics and robotic therapies. She has submitted valuable research data towards the development of these devices in various projects. Mabose is based in our Al Ain facility.

Mouza is licened clinical Dietician, graduated from UAE university has Bachelors in nutrition & food science, she work in government hospital for 15 years ,she covered all units Medical, surgical ,pediatrics, women health, Geriatrics, Cardiac and psychiatric unit , she work as dietician educator in out patients clinics for chronic disease (Diabetes ,Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, Gestational Diabetes, pediatrics and most disease need Nutritional intervention ,she has work experience with critical patients in intensive care unit especially with post traumatic brain injury and post stroke , she has vast experience with enteral and parenteral feeding for Acute and chronic patients .
Quality and Risk Manager Abu Dhabi
Driven by his need to help others, Murad Awad started his journey in the nursing field. Murad, graduated from the University of Jordan in 2009 with a Bachelor degree in Nursing Science. He furthered his studies with an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Quality from German Jordanian University in 2013. His passion for quality led him to pursue his Masters degree. Last year in 2015, Murad achieved his Masters in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai with Distinction. Murad worked at King Hussain Cancer Center as a Senior Charge Nurse in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit before joining the AD Provita team on June 23rd 2012. Over the course of his years at Provita, Murad has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Quality team where he has earned his post as Manager Quality and Risk. He has been instrumental in guiding and driving the team to achieve their JCIA reaccreditation status in Jan 2016. His experience includes but is not limited to JCI accreditation, HAAD licensing and relicensing processes, developing and implementing AD EHSMS, overseeing Infection Control practices, maintaining policies and procedures, staff training and education, internal audits, FOCUS PDCA projects as well as monitoring and improving KPI’s. Furthermore Murad is NEBOSH IGC an IOSH certified and Qudorat registered. Murad experience and desire to achieve the best standards in Quality and patient safety combined with his problem solving and leadership abilities make him the perfect fit for Provita’s Quality focused approach to healthcare.
Speech & Language Pathologist
Nuzha Ishak Bsc. (Hons) Audiology & Speech Language Pathology, Bangalore University, India. and MSc. (Hons) All India Institute of Speech & Hearing, University of Mysore, India.
Nuzha holds a lifetime license from ISHA (Indian Speech & Hearing Association) and SLMC (Sri Lanka Medical Council). She is currently also HAAD (Health Authority Abu Dhabi) licensed and serves as an examiner for HAAD licensing.
Immediately after completing her Bachelors in Audiology & Speech Language Pathology in 2003 she went onto obtaining her Masters in 2005, specializing in Speech Pathology. She has over ten years of experience working in a wide variety of clinical settings in Sri Lanka and the UAE. Nuzha’s experience includes work in outpatient clinics, cochlear implant and audiology clinics; acute inpatient hospitals, rehabilitation units and in pediatric & adult ICU’s. She has extensive experience and skills that consist of but are not limited to pediatrics with hearing, language and feeding disorders and adults with tracheostomies, severe cognitive impairments and adults with swallowing disorders. Prior to joining ProVita in 2013; she served 5 years in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi UAE.
Nuzha is a professional, passionate about her field and committed to working as part of a multidisciplinary team for obtaining the full potential of the patients she serves.
Odette (Maria Lourdes Moral)
Dietitian, RND, RD Abu Dhabi
Odette, as fondly called by her peers has a total of 15 years of experience as a registered licensed dietitian in tertiary hospitals in Manila, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE. She completed her dietetic internship at Philippine General Hospital, The National Kidney Institute and Philippine Children’s Medical Center and worked in Belhoul Group of Hospitals and International Modern Hospital in Dubai before joining ProVita International Medical Center.
She is a confident and hardworking dietitian with professional experience in assessing patient’s nutritional needs, then developing and implementing nutrition care plans for them. Her interests in the field are enteral nutrition, diabetes and renal disease management, nutrition programs for bariatric surgeries, eating disorders, nutritional calculations, food safety and food service management.
Odette graduated from University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is an active member of Nutritionist-Dietitian’s Association of the Philippines and recently become a member of American Dietetic Association and Registered Dietitians’ Group in UAE.

Rene Hartman, B.Sc. (Hons), Physiotherapist, completed her training at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa in 2000. She later pursued a M.Sc. in Healthcare Management (2009) at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), Kingdom of Bahrain. Rene brings with her more than 12 years experience and has worked in South Africa, United Kingdom and the Middle East.
She has developed a vast array of experience in assessing and treating patients with Neuromusculoskeletal disorders, Neurological conditions, Orthopaedics, General surgery and Cardiac related disorders and surgeries. Her speciality is Cardio-Respiratory ICU and Cardiac Rehabilitation in both pediatrics and adults.
SILJA RACHEL PHILIP
Silja Rachel Philip is Nurse Manager at ProVita International Medical Center at Abu Dhabi. Silja’s nursing clinical competency spans from neonatal, pediatric care, chemotherapy and coronary care nursing. Silja’s focus on all aspects of the patients experience drives her and her team toward excellence in care. She has been with the Provita for the past 5 years as a Registered nurse, Charge nurse, and Nurse Manager.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Rajiv Gandhi ,India and has got particular interest in healthcare management and administration ,presently pursuing Masters in Healthcare management.

Doreen joined Provita from Interhealthcanada(Dubai)where she worked for the past seven years as a Charge Nurse and Clinical Educator.She was involved in commisioning,clinical transformation ,training and staff development leading to accreditation of a trauma centre.
Has extensive nursing experience from South Africa and Saudi Arabia specialising in Intensive care nursing.Holds a BaCur(majoring in Nursing Education and Administration-cum laude) from University of South Africa.Nebosh International General Certificate(UK-with merit).Occupational Health and Safety practitioner Course.(UAE)

Assistant Director of Nursing AbuDhabi
Jenny Sinclair has 16 years experience in the nursing profession. She specialized in Intensive Care in Scotland where she worked as a Senior Nurse before moving to Dubai. She worked in the Intensive Care Unit in the American Hospital Dubai where she gained an insight into the Emirati people and culture.
Jenny joined Provita in 2011 where her career has progressed to now become Nurse Manager.
Jenny is also a Basic Life Support Instructor and runs BLS Courses for all clinical staff onsight at Provita in Abu Dhabi.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Dundee.
