Christopher joins NMC from Alvarez & Marsal where he was the Senior Director - Strategy & Performance Improvement. Christopher is an expert in Healthcare Transformation, Turnarounds, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy and Stakeholder Management and Negotiations. Christopher has been helping NMC throughout the administration process and beyond.

He comes with a total experience of over 10 years spanning across the UAE, Canada and Lebanon. Having led multiple projects under healthcare, financial services and real estate, he comes with deep functional and vertical specific insights.

In his role as the Chief Strategy Officer, Christopher is responsible for drawing up a 5 to 10-year strategic directional plan for the company and implementing the same. As a part of his role, he also leads the Cosmetics, Long-term care and IVF verticals as well as investor relations for the organisation.

Christopher holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from INSEAD.
