Sushanth Crasta is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources management, with over 17 years of experience in the UAE. Since joining NMC ProVita in 2013, he is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for NMC ProVita and its cluster entities. He is known for his expertise in employee relations, HR operations, talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, HR technology transformation, and statutory labor law compliance.
With a diverse industry background that includes manufacturing, IT recruitment, retail, petrochemical, and healthcare, he has a proven track record of driving business success through strategic HR initiatives. He is a passionate advocate for technology transformation and has successfully led a project on Oracle Fusion HR module implementation.
Sushanth holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, Manipal, India, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from PACE, Mangalore, India.
